Pain lasts as long as something's wrong,
or incomplete,
or empty,
or confusing.
The cause may be unknown, whatever.
Pain may bring awareness,
may bring sadness,
may bring what is needed
to change everything, one more time.
Being exposed to pain long enough
can make you see peace in war.
Better leave pain behind
while you can't see war in peace.
Anyway,
as long as I live
the changes will be within.
